What happens during treatment?
The practitioner uses thumbs and fingers on precise points on the body to make rolling type moves which aim to disturb the muscles, soft tissues and energy within the body.
During the treatment there are periods in which the client is left resting to allow the body to absorb the gentle moves that have been performed. This gives the body time to make the subtle and fine adjustments which help to relieve tension, reduce pain and initiate the healing process. The Bowen Technique encourages the body to realign itself; there is no manipulation or adjustment of the hand tissue and no force is used or needed. The Bowen Technique is not a form of massage. |

What happens during treatment?
Every emotional upset you ever experience is stored in the subconscious mind. Remembering the incident, or having something happen, which is similar will trigger the memory and also the emotional charge that is attached to it. This manifests as an interference in the normal energy flow through the body and gives you the bad feelings.
EFT works by accessing the energy flow routes (meridians) while the interference is present i.e. while you are thinking of the issue. The tapping, eye movements, humming and counting all access different areas of the brain and work together to reduce the interference and therefore the bad feelings.
Simple issues may be cleared with one round of EFT. More complex ones may require repeat rounds with the issue being dealt with from a different perspective each time.
It is very rare for anyone to show absolutely no improvement with this technique and most people are amazed by it’s effectiveness. |

What happens during treatment?
The treatment is very gentle and relaxing it takes approximately 60 minutes depending on the condition patient being treated.
The candles are placed over the ear orifice and ignited, it is only allowed to burn approximately 4” from the end of the candle. As it burned it produces a gentle local heat. The warm air combined with the oil and herbs soften the wax and draws it into the base of the candle, the candle is then removed, the ear and surrounding area is then massaged, the treatment is repeated on the other ear.
The therapy is both safe and relaxing in which both ears are treated individually. There is then a gentle massage around the sinus area of the face to complement the treatment. |

What happens during treatment?
Being induced into hypnosis is a gentle, relaxed process, guided only by the therapist’s voice. There are no pendulums or bright lights. In the hypnotic state, you are by no means asleep, even though you would appear to be. There is a heightened awareness, so you know everything that is happening around you, while still being able to recall every fine details of what you are seeing and hearing in your mind. |

What happens during treatment?
When you first visit a Reflexology practitioner you will be asked about your medical history. You will then be asked to remove your shoes and socks and sit in a reclining chair.
The treatment involves the practitioner using thumb and finger pressure to the reflex points on the foot. Some points may be tender and this indicates to the practitioner in which area of the body there are imbalances.
A minimum of three treatments are recommended. however this is generally advisable to have a course of approximately six treatments to obtain optimum results. However this depends on the individual’s present condition and how they respond to treatment.
A treatment session usually lasts between 50 - 60 minutes. |
